Sofia: “I really want to take care of the both of them”
Actress Sofia Andres expresses fond admiration for close friends Sarah Lahbati and Kathryn Bernardo—whom she shares a deep sisterly connection with.
The 25-year-old actress has been getting a lot of praises from netizens over her unwavering support for both Sarah and Kathryn.
Sofia’s support was made evident amid news of Kathryn’s separation from ex-boyfriend Daniel Padilla. Similarly, Sarah mentioned that Sofia is one of those who helped her during her separation from husband Richard Gutierrez.

With that, Sofia is delighted to know about the positive feedback, saying “Talaga? That’s good.”
For her, the complex world of showbiz makes it difficult to find genuine connections; but when she does, she makes sure to treasure it as much.
Speaking with PEP.ph during an event in Makati on January 15, 2024, the actress says, “Minsan lang may loyal and so I really want to take care of the both of them.
“It wasn’t that hard ‘cause I’m also picky. I’m maarte with friends. At saka you’ll know… I think, instincts mo.“

According to Sofia, their sisterhood is closely knitted by their outdoors and adventurous bonding activities. As she puts it, “Madami, madami. We’re super adventurous so that we forget the stress ganun. That’s what’s important.”
What’s next for Sofia Andres?
Sofia has a lot of stuff lined up for her this 2024. According to her, she’s particularly excited about her upcoming project—which she did not elaborate further.
Without disclosing too much, the actress only teases with: “I think, for me, this year is gonna be lucky.”
Sofia last bannered the 2019 film “Open” directed by Andoy Ranay. She co-starred in the film with JC Santos and Arci Muñoz.
Sofia is currently in a relationship with race car driver Daniel Miranda. They have a baby girl named Zoe.
