“This is the best Mother’s day gift ever,” shares Valerie!
“The Seed of Love” actress Valerie Concepcion is pregnant anew—now with her non-showbiz husband Francis Sunga.
In time for the celebration of Mother’s day, Valerie shared to the public their “little answered prayer” through a series of photos she uploaded on her Instagram account on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
The maternity shoot features Valerie, Francis, and ultrasound images of their baby. Valerie writes, “My husband and I are very grateful for this very precious gift and we couldn’t be any happier sharing this news.”
She then extended her gratitude to the Lord, who made their life “extra wonderful, special, and exciting.”
“We’re so blessed to have our growing family. This is the best Mother’s Day gift ever,” she adds followed by a celebratory greeting to all the “SUPER MOMS” out there.
In a separate instagram post, the actress also shares another set of maternity photographs, in which she is seen wearing an emerald dress. She captions it with, “One is great, two is fun, so why not add another one?”
Other celebrity parents have rejoiced at the news, including Camille Prats, Isabel Oli-Prats, and Geneva Cruz who sent their congratulations to the expecting couple.
The baby comes as Valerie’s second child already, having been pregnant with former husband Jeremy Carag in the past. Her first child is named Heather Fiona Galang—now 18 years old.
Valerie and Francis married each other in 2019, with the latter also having a daughter from his ex-wife.
Currently, Valerie plays the role of Alexa in the new GMA-7’s Afternoon program “The Seed of Love.” She’s one of the lead cast along with Glaiza De Castro and Mike Tan who play as Eileen and Bobby respectively.
